UNLOCKING POTENTIAL THROUGH TAILORED THERAPY FOR ALL AGES – SPECIALIZING IN COUNSELING, CAREER GUIDANCE, AND ASSESSMENTS. PROVIDING A SAFE HAVEN TO EXPLORE CHALLENGES, FOSTERING RESILIENCE, ACCEPTANCE, AND GROWTH.

About me

I am an Educational Psychologist (Afrikaans
and English) based in Constantia, Cape Town. I
understand that choosing a psychologist,
whether it is for therapy, or an assessment is a
personal and at times an overwhelming
endeavour. I truly believe that the bond between
therapist and client is essential to healing,
echoing the wisdom of Gabor Maté: “We are
wounded in relationships, and we heal through
relationships.”

I am a compassionate and engaging
psychologist who finds meaning and purpose by
helping my clients navigate through the
hardships in their lives. I value authentic
connections and strive to create a safe, nurturing
space where they feel understood and cared for.
